Simple Mission statement: Okay, here's the deal. I read books for fun and I write them for the same reason. Profit is a happy coincidence. The notion here is to let you know about books that I've enjoyed. I might throw a few criticisms in here, but for the most part I'll be giving recommendations that I think are worth the trouble of buying and reading. Okay, that's a lie. I'll definitely be throwing criticisms in here, because that's part of the review process, but if you're expecting any of the books I review to get bludgeoned to death, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. If I don't like a book, it won't get reviewed. Why? Because the idea is to sell books, not condemn my peers for writing something I don't like. I'm a writer first. This is just a little fun on the side. Any book I run across that doesn't meet my dubious standards will be left for others to review and decimate as they see fit. That doesn't mean that something not reviewed here isn't up to snuff. I write full time and I work full time. I simply don't have the time in the day to review them all. Any questions?
